TOS for
Vocal Mixing and Tuning
Commissions

Record in a quiet environment and mind your distance from the mic. This is to prevent background noises from drowning out your voice and lowering the quality of your recordings caused by very loud singing (clipping & distortion), or picking up too much of your voice echoing in your room (room reverb). Please do sing and match the vibe of the song you used as much as you can. Make sure that all of your recordings, such as main vocals, harmonies, and adlibs are at least on time already for an easier tuning.Recordings must be in .wav format. This is to ensure your recording is in its best quality when mixed.Ensure that no lines will overlap in a track. There are no additional charges for splitting your lines when it’s necessary.Sort and label your files properly. Make sure your lines are in the proper designation (e.g. no main vocal lines in a harmony track, harmony in a double track, etc.). For multiple singers, please don’t separate each of the singer’s files into folders and instead label them properly and place all files in one folder.Provide your own instrumental. Please include the instrumental (in the proper key) that I will be using to prevent confusion during the mixing process. In times that the instrumental that you sent is of low quality but I found a better one, I will ask your permission to use it instead of the one that you sent.Compress all your files, including the instrumental, into .rar or .zip. Alternatively, you may upload it on a file sharing site that allows me to download it as a zipped folder (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox).

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do you have a limited number of slots available for commissions?
Having limited slots for commissions allow me to prioritize quality over quantity! I am fairly new to this, so the first few outcomes may be slow compared to others, but I do appreciate if you do believe in what I do <3
What payment method do you prefer?
It's either through GCash, Paypal, or through my bank account (Landbank). Details about the payment information will be given once we settled through DMs what's going to be commissioned.
Are you willing to do trades? Like in exchange for vocal mixing, you will do art for me, etc.
Depending if I took interest in your works, I will consider it. But highly likely, the answer is no (sorry T^T).
As a vocalist/vocal mixer, what software would you recommend those who will record their vocals to be submitted to you?
As long as you meet the TOS, I will accept your commission. I would recommend you use either Reaper or Audacity to record your vocals.
Is Kohaku cute?
no.
